All of our orders undergo a multi-point inspection for functionality and fulfillment accuracy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your order to LiveWire within 30 days for a refund (less restocking fees). Parts that may not be returned include:
- Orders labeled as noncancellable / nonreturnable
- Custom work e.g. panels where we have installed breakers based on your specifications
- Equipment that has been damaged
- Equipment that was sold as “New” and was used by the purchaser
Custom work is defined as any work we do for you based on your particular specifications, where work was performed to change a product based on those specifications.
A return authorization must be obtained from LiveWire within 30 days of receipt of your order by submitting a return request through our Product Return/Warranty Request form. A restocking fee of up to 30% may be assessed to all returns when a customer does not request a replacement. Some orders may be non-cancelable and non-returnable and that is communicated via phone or in writing at the time the order is placed.
LiveWire will issue refunds (less restocking and shipping fees) in the form of original payment for items that meet return requirements and are postmarked no later than 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of properly returned items. Items damaged or lost in shipment to or from LiveWire will not be refunded.
LiveWire certifies that every product shipped out of stock, by manufacturers and by fulfillment partners will be free of functional defects for one (1) year. If any part is found with functional defects during the warranty period, LiveWire will send out a replacement item for free. Warranty items must be returned to LiveWire for inspection and must be postmarked within the warranty period. The RMA which will be issued expires in 30 days. We ask that you kindly package up and return the item(s) within that time frame.
LiveWire does not assume liability for any damage to products that may occur while in transit to receiver. LiveWire and its partners implore packaging best practices to prevent damage. Further, LiveWire Electrical Supply cannot be held liable for delays in delivery that occur from shipper misrouting and delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
Seller’s Limited Liability
By agreeing to these terms and conditions they buyer acknowledges that LiveWire Electrical Supply, Inc. is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damage. Further, LiveWire Electrical Supply, Inc. shall not be required to pay transportation charges unless those charges are agreed upon in writing. Amendments may be accepted, but must be signed or otherwise mutually agreed upon prior to initiation of the sales agreement. Buyer agrees not to file suit against LiveWire Electrical Supply, Inc. more than one (1) year from the date the cause of action accrues or outside of a product’s warranty.
