If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your order to LiveWire within 30 days from your receipt of the order for a refund (less any restocking fees). Parts that may not be returned include:

A return authorization must be obtained from LiveWire within 30 days of receipt of your order submitting a return request through our Product Return/Warranty Request form. Our team will review your request, and send the RMA Acknowledgment with shipping instructions to you. This RMA Acknowledgment is an authorization to return material and does not guarantee a credit will be issued. Please only return items listed on this Return Authorization Form. The product must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of approval. This return authorization is no longer valid after 30 calendar days from the day of issuance. Material must be returned in original packaging and in new condition. Please print this Return Authorization Form and attach it to your return. Please place the RMA number on all shipping materials including the Bill of Lading and shipping labels. A restocking charge may be applied depending on the material being returned. The restocking percentage is subject to change.

LiveWire does not assume liability for any damage to products that may occur while in transit to receiver. LiveWire and its partners implore packaging best practices to prevent damage. Further, LiveWire Electrical Supply cannot be held liable for delays in delivery that occur from shipper misrouting and delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
